How to request deletion
You can delete your CRTPNT account directly from the Profile tab in the app. This immediately signs you out, anonymizes your account, and removes account credentials. If you cannot access the app, please send an email to our support team:
Important: You must send this email from the exact email address registered to your CRTPNT account.
We use this to verify your identity. If you signed in using Google or Apple, please use the email associated with that account. Requests sent by email are handled by our team and we will email you a confirmation.
What gets deleted
- •Your profile information (name, email, age, gender)
- •Your personal authentication records
- •Your device registrations, friendships, and private account preferences
- •Your sign-in credentials and active sessions
What happens to matches
To preserve the integrity of historical league standings for other players, match records are not deleted.
Your account profile is anonymized and player-to-account links are severed. Historical matches, messages, community content, feedback, and security audit records may be retained where needed for other participants, integrity, safety, or legal obligations; they are no longer linked to active sign-in credentials.
