1. Fair Play & Conduct
CRTPNT is built for friendly competition. We expect all users to:
- Record match scores honestly and accurately.
- Treat other players with respect in community channels and direct messages.
- Not use the app for any unlawful purpose or to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these principles.
2. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the app, including profile pictures, messages, and match data. By submitting content, you grant CRTPNT a license to display and use that content solely for the purpose of operating the app and providing its features to you and your leagues.
3. Account Termination
You may stop using CRTPNT at any time. If you wish to delete your account entirely, please refer to our Account Deletion guidelines.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
4. Liability Disclaimer
CRTPNT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Racquet sports involve physical activity. CRTPNT is a scoring and organization tool; we are not responsible for any physical injuries, damages, or disputes that occur on the court or as a result of matches organized through the app. Play safely and at your own risk.
5. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
